Trujillo’s victim, who is a minor, notified authorities in Castle Rock, Colorado that she has received multiple inappropriate messages from a man through social media. Trujillo was eventually identified as the perpetrator after the minor accepted a friend request from him on Instagram because Trujillo was a celebrity.

The victim would eventually block Trujillo on Instagram after she became uncomfortable with the messages sent by Trujillo through the social media site. Trujillo allegedly sent over nude photos of himself while discussing things of a sexual nature with the underage person. A search warrant would eventually be executed against Trujillo, where Trujillo would eventually admit that he sent multiple nude photos to various women.

Sentencing is set for April 6, with Trujillo facing six months or jail time and/or a fine of $5,000.
