AEW announced that fans will hear from Adam Copeland on the January 6 episode of AEW Collision.
Copeland won the AEW TNT Championship from Christian Cage at AEW Worlds End in a No DQ match. Immediately after his victory, he was attacked by Killswitch who was looking to cash in his contract for an AEW TNT Title shot at anytime, which he won in the 20-man battle royal during the AEW Worlds End Zero Hour pre-show.
However, Christian got Killswitch to relinquish the contract to him. Christian signed the contract and pinned Copeland to regain the AEW TNT Championship.
