AEW will announce the participants for the 2024 Continental Classic on Sunday, November 24.
AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada will be part of the tournament as the reigning champion. Daniel Garcia has already declared for the tournament.
The 2023 version featured two blocks with six wrestlers in each block. The top point getters after round robin action met in the block finals before the two winners advanced to the finals.
Eddie Kingston won the 2023 AEW Continental Classic, defeating Jon Moxley in the finals.
The winner of the tournament will be crowned the new AEW Continental Champion. The reigning AEW Continental Champion is automatically entered into the tournament.
During the media scrum, Tony also noted that AEW would use "November Rain" once again to recap the events of AEW Full Gear and look forward to the Continental Classic.
