- Dax Harwood vs. Switchblade Jay White
- AEW Women’s World Champion: Saraya, Toni Storm, and Ruby Soho vs. AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, and Britt Baker
- AEW World Trios Champions: Billy Gunn, Max Caster, and Anthony Bowens defend against Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Daniel Garcia
- Ricky Stark will challenge Ricky Steamboat to a Strap Match at All Out
- NBA Legend Dennis Rodman makes his AEW debut appearance

- Tony Khan opens the show by telling the viewers he released Phil Brooks (CM Punk). AEW Tony said he decided based on the recommendation of outside legal counsel and a disciplinary committee. He said he was sorry he had to do it, which endangered people backstage, including those who had nothing to do with it.

- Ricky Starks makes it to the ring with Big Bill. He is there to be interviewed with Tony Schiavone and discuss his challenge to Ricky “Dragon” Steamboat for a Strap match at All Out. The Dragon arrives with a contract and says he wants to do this old school. Steamboat revealed he has someone else with him, and it’s “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson. All Out will have Starks vs. Danielson in a Strap match at All Out.

AEW World Trios Championship
The Acclaimed and "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn vs. "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard, "Cool Hand" Angelo Parker, and Daniel Garcia

The match begins with Garcia and Gunn having some fun with each other, but Parker and Menard get involved in the match and help Garcia take over. The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass would eventually take control. Caster gets his team the win for his team with the Mic Check elbow drop.

Winners: The Acclaimed and "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn

Nick Wayne and Komander vs. Aussie Open

Aussie Open hit Nick Wayne with the Coriolis to get the victory.

Winners: Aussie Open

- After the match, Tony Schiavone is in the ring to interview Nick Wayne. However, Darby Allin interrupts to explain to Wayne why he let his issues with AR Fox dissipate, but before Wayne can respond, Christian Cage shows up with Luchasaurus.

- Saraya and Ruby Soho cut a promo saying that things between The Outcasts are fine.

- Dennis Rodman makes his appearance and meets Tony Schiavone in the ring. Rodman and Schiavone are interrupted right away. Jarrett and his crew attempt to make a deal with Rodman, but it does not work. They are about to attack Rodman. However, The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn come out and make the save. The Acclaimed and Gunn challenge Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh for AEW All Out. Billy Gunn says Rodman will be in his corner.

The Outcasts (Ruby Soho, Saraya, and Toni Storm) vs. Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.

Saraya sprays a mist into the eyes of Britt Baker, and Ruby Soho takes advantage and nails her with the No Future to get the win.

Winners: The Outcasts (Ruby Soho, Saraya, and Toni Storm)

Powerhouse Hobbs vs. GPA

Powerhouse Hobbs wins it quickly in a squash match. After the match, Miro comes down and begins brawling with Hobbs as we go to a commercial.

Winner: Powerhouse Hobbs

- Orange Cassidy cuts a promo explaining how Moxley put the company on his back when it's down. Cassidy says he will take the stress off his back when he beats Moxley at All Out.

Dax Harwood ( w/ Cash Wheeler) vs. Jay White ( w/ Juice Robinson and The Gunn Club)

The match began with a lot of outside-the-ring action. White and Dax would go back and forth. However, White gets the win by hitting the Bladerunner and pin.

Winner: Jay White ( w/ Juice Robinson and The Gunn Club)
