Some of the top promotions in all of professional wrestling are coming together for a major event in Tokyo on January 5, 2025.
During AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, it was announced that the night after the NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19 event in 2025, the Tokyo Dome will play host to a major crossover event featuring stars from not only AEW and NJPW, but Ring of Honor, CMLL, and STARDOM as well. The event will be called Wrestle Dynasty.
CMLL took part in Forbidden Door this year also and they regularly co-promote FantasticaMania events with New Japan Pro Wrestling. STARDOM was recently officially merged with New Japan and Ring of Honor is also owned by Tony Khan as the sister promotion of All Elite Wrestling.
