Alexander Hammerstone has been National Openweight Champion for two years in Major League Wrestling.
One of the top superstars in Major League Wrestling, Hammerstone has carried the championship for exactly two years since defeating Brian Pillman Jr for the title. Thus far, Hammerstone has been the sole champion and Hammerstone has spent recent months angling for a match with Jacob Fatu.
This was 2 years ago today.

Hammerstone and Fatu’s eventual collision will be a huge part of the MLW return to an audience on Saturday, July 10 at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
