More information about AEW's console game, AEW Fight Forever, has seemingly been leaked.
A new post on Amazon UK offers a look at the game's features, including career mode and several match types, including the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match.
The product description is as follows:

According to the listing, the game's key features are as follows:

Many of the specific features and match types haven't been officially confirmed yet.
Previously, the only American promotion to ever have a Barbed wire match in a video game is ECW.
The Amazon UK post lists December 31, 2022 as the placeholder release date, with the gamelisted to be available on PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. There was a landing page for a Switch version, but that link is now dead. THQ Nordic is named as the distributor. Fightful Select previously reported that AEW is aiming to release the game in late September.
Recent updates on AEW Fight Forever have been few and far between. During a Twitch stream, Kenny Omega confirmed that the publisher will be THQ Nordic. His comments are available here.
