Athena's historic reign as ROH Women's Champion continued at ROH Final Battle as she defeated Billie Starkz in the main event.
The finish saw Athena hit the O-Face after Billie crashed face first into an exposed turnbuckle.
Lexy Nair got involved in the match, handing Athena a microphone to use as a weapon when the referee was knocked down. Billie managed to kick the microphone away from Athena before it could be used.

This was the first time women have main evented an ROH event at Hammerstein.
Athena's reign stands at 742 days. She won the title from Mercedes Martinez at ROH Final Battle 2022. She has now made 25 successful title defenses during her historic reign.
Starkz paid tribute to Sumie Sakai, the first-ever ROH Women's Champion, with her gear.
