Live Coverage.
- Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Lee Johnson (w/ EJ Nduka) def. Bishop Kaun (w/ Toa Liona) via Pinfall (Jack-knife Pin).
- Alicia Atout interviewed ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty, who explained he wanted to host the open challenge at Final Battle to prove he can go against anyone who comes against him.
- Arkady Aura interviewed Leyla Hirsch and ROH Women's Television Champion Red Velvet. Hirsch said Athena and Billie Starkz would not be there to cover for her. Velvet responded by saying she did not need saving, but Hirsch responded by saying she had already beaten Velvet before and would do it again.
- Queen Aminata def. Lady Frost via Submission (Jim Breaks Armbar).
- There was a vignette of The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) attacking Dustin Rhodes in an empty training facility. Dutch hit Dustin in the head with a cowbell. Vincent & Dutch called Sammy Guevara through Facetime to show him a busted-open Rhodes after the attack, saying it was a "Final Battle New York Gift" for Guevara. Dutch ended things by saying the following statement ahead of Final Battle: "Death Walks in New York City".
- Murder Machines (Lance Archer & Brian Cage) (w/ Don Callis) def. Iron Savages (Beefcake Boulder & Bulk Bronson) via Pinfall.
- Ian Riccaboni interviewed Jay Lethal, and QT Marshall arrived late. During the sit-down, Lethal said he credited everything he went through in ROH as what propelled him in the wrestling world. When asked about Final Battle, Marshall said he took it as disrespectful that Lethal rejected his initial challenge. Still, Lethal justified it as nothing personal but having his sights on a bigger goal (regaining the ROH World Title). Marshall & Lethal recalled their first interaction in the 2012 Survival Of The Fittest, with Marshall saying Lethal propelled over him after he had a neck injury during that match. Marshall said this was all personal for him, to which Lethal responded by saying he did not as it as an accident from their match. Riccaboni tried to simmer the tempers, but Marshall responded by punching Lethal right in the nose.
- ROH Throwback from ROH Final Battle 2023 - ROH World Women's Championship Match: Athena (c) (w/ Lexy Nair) def. Billie Starkz via Submission (Inverted Double Arm-Breaker).
- Serpentico def. Sidney Akeem via Pinfall (Senton Atomico).
- MIT (Billie Starkz & Athena) def. Blair Onyx & Missa Kate via Submission (Triangle Choke from Athena on Onyx).
- After the match, Starkz was irate by Athena using her as a weapon for the match. Starkz then destroyed Athena's custom-made title before they brawled. Athena hit a pump kick on Starkz before tossing her to the barricade and firing away with strikes. Athena then slammed Starkz's head into the stairs before slamming Starkz into the destroyed custom title.
- Chris Jericho cut a promo from his car after laying out Matt Cardona at GCW's event "Highest in the Room 3", where he said Cardona's chase would come to an end at the Hammerstein Ballroom after he wins the ROH World Title Match at Final Battle.
- There was a vignette for Lee Moriarty promoting his open challenge at ROH Final Battle.
- Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) & Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty) def. Undisputed Kingdom (Mike Bennett & Matt Taven) & Dark Order (Evil Uno & Alex Reynolds) (w/ John Silver) via Pinfall (Single Leg Hook from Moriarty on Bennett).

.@QTMarshall demanded this match at #ROHFinalBattle, yet he can’t even bother to show up on time. His blatant tardiness is a slap in the face to @TheLethalJay, @IanRiccaboni, and the entire #ROH production team!
