Athena says it's time for a change.
At ROH Final Battle, Athena defeated Billie Starkz to retain the ROH Women's World Championship and continue her historic reign.
During the ROH Final Battle post-show media scrum, Tony Khan noted that he wondered what Athena would do at ROH Boxing Day Brawl, a special episode of ROH on HonorClub from the Hammerstein Ballroom that will air on December 26. Athena said it was time for M.I.T. to have an expulsion and expel a member of the team because “they’re not working for me.” She said that she had tons of minions out there that would love to take her place.
Athena then expressed her hope that this would be the only expulsion, but she said that someone had to leave the team.
