Billy and Austin Gunn are now an extension of The Nightmare Family.
Billy Gunn was one of the first names signed onto AEW as a producer. Along with him came his son, Austin. In their time in All Elite Wrestling, they have participated in some tag team matches on AEW Dark and been frequent members of the audience since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
Now, they will be joining the likes of QT Marshall, Arn Anderson, Brandi, and Dustin Rhodes alongside Cody as part of The Nightmare Family.
I’m thrilled to welcome this Father/Son true tag-team to our mix.

Billy is an absolute legend and a world class professional both on camera and BTS.

While there is no direct clarification at this moment of what this will mean for Austin and Billy Gunn on camera, it is clear that Cody respects the man who, alongside Road Dogg, defeated him and Dustin for the WWE Tag Team Championship in 2014 at the Royal Rumble.
Dustin Rhodes has commented on this move saying that his brother is in good hands.
My brother is in good hands!! Billy and Austin are like family to me. They will dominate these fools!!! @AEW @AEWonTNT #AEWDynamite #GunnClub https://t.co/urAT0g2Lid

It was also announced that Lee Johnson has also joined the Nightmare Family.
