Austin Theory Snaps, Dominik Mysterio Beats Shelton Benjamin, Akira Tozawa Returns | RAW Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for November 14, 2022:

- In an interview, Austin Theory discussed his failed Money in the Bank cash-in. He said he overcame the pressures and expectations he dealt with early on, and he has raised his own ceiling. Theory called the Money in the Bank contract an anchor, as Roman Reigns has been unstoppable. That's why he cashed in on Seth Rollins, and it's Bobby Lashley's fault that he's not a champion. Dolph Ziggler interrupted and called Theory out for his terrible cash-in. Theory challenged Ziggler to a match, determined to prove that he's the "now." The two stars clashed in a singles bout, and though Theory was on the verge of victory, he snapped. He attacked Ziggler until the referee called for the bell, and officials were forced to escort him away.

- In the main event, Seth Rollins defended the WWE United States Championship against Finn Balor. In the closing moments of the hard-fout bout, The O.C. brawled with The Judgment Day after Balor's stablemates interfered in the match. Rollins then dropped Balor with a Stomp for the win. Theory attacked Rollins after the bell and hit him with the title.

- Shelton Benjamin faced Dominik Mysterio after a backstage confrontation. Benjamin showcased his veteran prowess, but the ringside presence of Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley made all the difference. Priest distracted Benjamin, and Dominik capitalized with a DDT. He then hit a Frog Splash for the tainted win.

- JBL and Baron Corbin played poker and smoked cigars, and JBL insulted the state of Kentucky. Akira Tozawa showed up and joined the game, though he admitted he had never played poker before. Later in the show, Tozawa accused Corbin of cheating and challenged him to a match, which Corbin won.

- WWE United States Champion Seth Rollins opened the show and looked back on last week, when he held an open challenge and retained the title after Bobby Lashley attacked him and Austin Theory tried to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. He stated that his title is now the top prize on Monday nights. Lashley interrupted and vowed to keep attacking Rollins until he got the title back. Mustafa Ali down the ramp and tried to attack Lashley, but the powerhouse sent him out of the ring. Ali kept fighting, and Lashley dared the fan-favorite to face him. Ali delivered a valiant effort, but Lashley overpowered him; he trapped Ali in the Hurt Lock and made him pass out.

- Backstage, The O.C. (AJ Styles, Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) and Mia Yim expressed their confidence about their feud with Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio & Rhea Ripley). Yim was referred to as Michin, which means crazy in Korean. Styles said their rivalry with The Judgment Day needed to come to an end, which is why he challenged Balor to a match at WWE Survivor Series. Balor later accepted the challenge, and the match was made official.

- Yim faced Tamina in a singles match and picked up a decisive victory in her first match on WWE RAW since her return. Rhea Ripley confronted Yim but backed down, satisfied to delay the fight.

- Matt Riddle revealed that Elias was absent because he was booking gigs for their newfound band. Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) confronted Riddle and set the stage for Gable's singles match with him. Riddle took on Gable in a singles match, and the two stars went back and forth in a competitive contest. In the end, Otis made a timely assist by holding Gable's feet on the ropes and helped him clinch the win.

- Backstage, Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY) confronted Yim and wondered how someone so talented could have been forgotten about. They tried to recruit her to join their WarGames team, but she turned them down.

- The Miz was the guest of his own show, Miz TV, as Byron Saxton was set to interview him. Instead, The Miz read from a prepared statement and stated that he regretted paying Dexter Lumis. He said he just wanted empathy. The Miz noted that people have never been on his side, though he has asked for very little. He accused Lumis of taking too much, which is why he had to stand up to him. The Miz said that he spun the truth and admitted that he was depressed. Johnny Gargano interrupted and stated that, rather than being depressed, The Miz was on vacation. Gargano told Miz that he always takes the easy way out. The Miz turned it around on Gargano and said he was trying to get some of the spotlight. Gargano called Miz a liar, but the former WWE Champion said he's a good way. The Miz then apologized and asked if they could move on. Gargano told Miz to pay Lumis what he's owed. He then announced that Miz will face Lumis in two weeks, and if Lumis wins, he will get a WWE contract.

- In a WWE Digital Exclusive, Dana Brooke discussed Nikki Cross throwing the WWE 24/7 Championship in the trash.

- Dana Brooke wanted revenge, and she had a chance to get some when she faced IYO SKY in a singles match. Unfortunately for her, SKY overwhelmed her and scored the win. After the bell, Mia Yim officially turned down Damage CTRL's offer for WarGames and joined Bianca Belair's team.

- After Mia Yim aligned with Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley told Damage CTRL she'd join their team for WarGames. When Belair was asked about this outcome in an interview, Belair expressed her confidence in her team's eventual fifth member.

- On Raw Talk, The Miz said he's sick of Johnny Gargano sticking his nose in his business, and he vowed to take Lumis out of WWE by winning their match.

- Elsewhere on Raw Talk, Lashley emphasized that he knows he has to take what he wants now, and that's exactly what he's doing. He said he'll hurt anyone who steps in the ring with him. Baron Corbin discussed his win over Akira Tozawa in an interview on Raw Talk; he stated that Tozawa never had a chance, and he looked forward to celebrating.
