Becky Lynch gets the better of Trish Stratus.
WWE Payback opened with Becky Lynch defeating Trish Stratus in a cage match.
The finish saw Becky hit a super Manhandle slam as Trish tried to escape the cage. Zoey Stark got involved in the bout, helping Trish the best she could, but Becky took her out with a Manhandle slam. After taking out Zoey, Becky was able to catch up to a climbing Trish to deliver the final blow.

After the match, Stark tried to help Trish, but the angry loser slapped Stark. As Trish tried to leave, Stark stopped her and delivered the Z3 following Trish continuing to poke at her.

The two women have been feuding since April when Trish turned on Becky, costing them the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles, which Stratus was defending in place of Lita, who she also attacked by Trish. Stratus and Lynch have had two matches on Raw over the past month with one quickly ending in a DQ when Zoey Stark interfered and another ending in a double count to set up the cage match.
Stark aligned herself with Trish at WWE Night of Champions, helping Trish defeat Lynch.
