Appearing on Games With Names with Julian Edelman, Becky was simply asked how she is doing.

"It's great. It's great. Everything is great. I have my wonderful little family. I have many options on the table. I get to, for the first time in a long time, get to take a breath to appreciate everything. When you're on the road 52 weeks a year, non-stop, going from town to town to town, and in the last three years, I added to the chaos by having a daughter who I would bring everywhere with me. On top of that, I decided it would be good to write my biography. For the last year or two, it was pure chaos. Now, I'm taking a little bit more time. I'm taking a breath. Getting to look around the world. Getting to look at what I created and evaluate everything. It's been wonderful," she said.

Becky took to social media after her A&E Biography aired to thank the fans. Some believed it was her way of retiring.

Fightful Select published the following report regarding Becky on August 5th:

Fightful reached out to sources close to the situation and WWE. WWE sources said that if she was retired in an official capacity, they haven't been informed of it as of yet, and didn't believe if she did retire, that it would be via Instagram. However, it was also noted by one WWE source that she's not under a WWE deal to their knowledge and could retire without notifying them if she so chose.

WWE sources have repeatedly stated that Becky is enjoying her time off, and they wanted to be respectful of her space after what she's given them over the years. It was also reiterated that she would always be welcomed back into WWE. At the time her contract expired, she was planning on simply taking time off, and WWE and Lynch both believed if and when the time was right that she'd be back in the fold.

Fightful will continue to update fans on Becky's status when more is known.
