Becky Lynch Feels That She And Ronda Rousey Are The Two Biggest Stars In WWE

"The Man" opens her thoughts ahead of TLC.

The current SmackDown Live Women's Champion Becky Lynch is scheduled to defend her SmackDown Women's Championship tonight at WWE's TLC pay-per-view in a Triple-Threat TLC match against Charlotte Flair and Asuka. Coming out of the 2018 SummerSlam pay-per-view, Lynch has developed a new attitude that has catapulted her to the top of the rankings in WWE. Becky's witty attitude on social media and on WWE TV has garnered her the liking of many who watch her work and that popularity kicked into overdrive when she was forced off the 2018 Survivor Series match card when she ate a jab to the face from Nia Jax

Since then Becky's social media game has picked up and she has been ripping many individuals who make remarks about her. Becky recently told Yahoo! Sports during an interview that she is aware that not all are fond of her use of social media but it gets people invested in the storyline and her character.

“What I had, it felt like lightning in a bottle and then when you have to sit out for a while, especially when you’re holding a championship, that’s debilitating and it weighs on your mind,” Lynch said. “I know a lot of people get upset with my social media, but it gets people interested and it gets people invested. If running my mouth is all I’m able to do, then that is what I will do. I will do whatever I can do to the best of my ability. If you want to punch me in the face and keep me out, you can’t keep my mouth out of it.”

It's no secret that the talk of the wrestling world from WWE's portion of it is the possibility of Becky Lynch and RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey headlining WrestleMania 35. WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross backed the idea during a recent interview and both Becky and Ronda have expressed that they want to close the "Show Of Shows".

“I think it has to happen,” Lynch said. “There’s no two bigger stars in WWE right now. If anybody else can get the fans and the people and the world to care about them more than we have, then they are welcome to that spot, but that’s not going to happen. Think of what I’ve done in the past four months, the next four months is going to be a whole different level.”
