Bianca Belair was able to overcome a hostile crowd, Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai & Bayley), and IYO SKY to remain the WWE Raw Women's Champion at WWE Backlash.
The crowd was on IYO's side as she challenged Belair for the belt. Despite their support, and some interference by Bayley & Kai, Belair finished off SKY with the KOD.

With this victory, Bianca Belair is set to become the longest reigning Women's Champion of the modern era. She will hit 401 days as champion on Sunday, May 7, setting the modern record previously held by Becky Lynch. Belair won the title from Lynch at WrestleMania 38. She's made 13 successful title defenses.
