Bianca Belair makes history once again.
Pro Wrestling Illustrated announced that Bianca Belair has topped the Women's 150, beating out Utami Hayashishita, Deonna Purrazzo, and Britt Baker.
Belair had a banner year, winning the Royal Rumble and winning the SmackDown Women's Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 37 night one. She finished 23rd in last year's rankings, which was topped by Bayley.

PWI expanded the list from 100 to 150 this year.
The PWI Women's 150 was assembled with input from experts in the field. Several factors were used as ranking criteria, including wins & losses, quality of competition and cultural impact. The evaluation period ran from October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.
