Big E is in good spirits.
Big E took to social media to share a life update less than a week after breaking his neck. Big E can be seen walking around outside with taco meat (that's his chest hair) out and saying that his neck might be broken but his heart is still there.

On the March 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, Big E suffered a broken neck after a botched overheard belly-to-belly suplex courtesy of Ridge Holland. Big E landed on his head and was stretchered from the ringside area.
He shared an update on Friday night, saying his neck was broken. On Saturday, he provided a positive update, saying, "C1 and C6 are indeed fractured, non-displacement though, which is a good thing. I don't have any damage to my spinal cord. No ligament damage and no surgery."
It is unknown how long Big E will be out of the ring. He was teaming with Kofi Kingston and feuding with Ridge Holland, Sheamus, and Pete Dunne, who debuted at Butch on SmackDown.
