Big Mama wins big.
At NWA Chicago Super Smashing Halloween on October 18th, Big Mama defeated Natalia Markova, Tiffany Nieves, and Haley J to win the NWA World Women's Television Championship.
The title had been vacant since NWA Back to the Territories on June 1st, when Max The Impaler vacated the title by cashing in the Lucky Seven Rule to earn a shot at the NWA World Women's Championship.

Kenzie Paige became the inaugural NWA World Women's Champion by beating Max The Impaler in the finals of the tournament to crown the first champion at NWA 312. Max The Impaler then beat Paige at NWA 75 on August 26th, 2023, and held the title until they vacated it.
