Booker T Says He Wanted To Be Part Of Brawl For All

In 1998, WWE held its Brawl for All tournament, a shoot fight competition that turned into boxing fights by the end of the tournament.

Multiple wrestlers were injured in the competition, others dropped out, and in the end Bart Gunn knocked guys unconscious.

Booker T was part of WCW when Brawl For All was held, but he wanted in on the competition.

"I always wanted to test myself. I wanted to test myself with the best in the world. I knew the best in the world was on the other side. I watched it every Monday night. I watched the talent and what they were doing. I even want to be part of Brawl For All [laughs]. Give me a piece of that action, man. I gotta go throw some hands. I watched everything and I was a huge fan, never thinking about getting to the other side. I just wanted to keep my eye on the competition," Booker said on Six Feet Under.

Bart Gunn won the Brawl For All tournament, knocking out Bradshaw in the finals.

He was rewarded with a match against Butterbean at WrestleMania 15.
