Braun Strowman caused some controversy on Tuesday night when he posted a photo showing off his abs.
Fans online cared less about his abs and more about the syringe in front of his mirror, accusing him of using steroids.
Strowman posted a follow up on social media, explaining that the syringe is used to administer B12 shots because his body is sensitive to caffeine. He included a follow-up video that shows him receiving his B12 shot.

Strowman has never failed a WWE Wellness Policy test. He is currently part of the SmackDown brand, unless he decides to show up on Raw because he wants to fight.
