Bron Breakker explains turning heel on Carmelo Hayes and declines to enter the number one contender Fatal 4-Way on Tuesday, April 11.
After Bron Breakker turned heel on Carmelo Hayes at the end of the April 4 episode of WWE NXT, Melo started the episode on April 11 by offering the former champion a spot in the main event to determine who would challenge him next on April 25, at NXT Spring Breakin'.
Breakker would answer the offer later in the evening, interrupting Duke Hudson being awarded an MVP trophy by Chase U and stating that he realized the NXT Championship was a curse on his career and that he didn't need any of the "scumbag" members of the NXT Universe.
Breakker offered the final spot in the Fatal 4-Way to Duke Hudson. The former Champion then went to hit a spear on Hudson, who quickly moved and allowed Andre Chase to take the bullet. Hudson then ran away and clung onto his newfound trophy for dear life.
"You people are gonna see a side of me that you have never seen before."
