Bronson Reed Stands Tall, Awesome Truth Retain, Liv Morgan Beats Nia Jax | Raw Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for April 29, 2024.

- Sami Zayn defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Bronson Reed. Chad Gable brought the match to an end by attacking Zayn. Reed turned on Gable and stood tall with the title.

- Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) defeated Akira Tozawa and Otis of Alpha Academy to retain the World Tag Team Championship.

- WWE Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch came to the ring and discussed winning the title. She made it clear that she wanted to defend the title, and she wanted a contender. Liv Morgan interrupted and said she was the contender. Nia Jax joined the fray and said it was her last night on RAW. Morgan took the fight to her and accepted her challenge. Morgan later defeated Jax.

- Jey Uso, Ricochet, and Andrade faced the Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh). Dominik Mysterio accompanied his stablemates to the ring. A miscommunication between McDonagh and Priest proved to be costly, and Uso scored the win by pinning Balor. Uso and Priest then had a staredown at the end of the show.

- Patrick Mahomes appeared alongside Logan Paul.

- Gunther faced Xavier Woods and scored the hard-fought win.

- Stephanie McMahon announced the draft picks in the first round of the WWE Draft.

- Raw drafted Imperium and Damage CTRL in the first round, while SmackDown took Jade Cargill and Kevin Owens.

- Logan Paul, alongside IShowSpeed, said Damian Priest will beat Jey Uso. Jey Uso interrupted. Paul said he had been yeeting since 2017. He said Uso was no good without The Bloodline. The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and JD McDonagh) came down and ganged up on Uso. Paul put on Patrick Mahomes’ Super Bowl rings and tried to punch Uso, but he accidentally hit McDonagh. Braun Strowman then made his return, as he took the fight to The Judgment Day. Strowman briefly confronted Patrick Mahomes.

- An audio glitch delivered yet another tease.

- CM Punk and Braun Strowman were drafted by WWE Raw in the second round, while SmackDown selected The Pride and Tiffany Stratton.

- Drew McIntyre confronted Booker T.

- Raw drafted former NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov.

- Ron Simmons and JBL presented the picks for the third round of the draft.

- Former NXT Women's Champion Lyra Valkyria was drafted by Raw.

- SmackDown drafted NXT star Blair Davenport.

- Tiffany Stratton appeared and brawled with Naomi.

- Drew McIntyre came out and complained about being a third-round pick.CM Punk Drew McIntyre hunted for CM Punk. Punk came to the ring and took a shot at McIntyre. He said McIntyre gave him purpose, but he vowed to make McIntyre’s life a living hell.

- Bron Breakker commented on getting drafted to WWE RAW. Sheamus confronted him.

- Maxxine Dupri faced Candice LeRae. Indi Hartwell attacked Ivy Nile at ringside. LeRae capitalized and scored the win.

- Rey Mysterio shared his thoughts on the LWO getting drafted to RAW. Dominik Mysterio confronted Rey and told him that Judgment Day ran RAW. Rey poked fun at Dominik’s mustache.

- The King of the Ring tournament will begin on the May 6 episode of WWE Raw.

- Becky Lynch agreed to give Liv Morgan a title shot. Lynch ran into Damage CTRL, who noted that they would be seeing Lynch now that they had been drafted to Raw.

- Several legends presented picks during the second night of the 2024 WWE Draft.

- Ilja Dragunov said that being on the same brand as Gunther was destiny.

- Lyra Valkyria vowed to conquer Raw.

- WWE Raw selected Dijak in the 2024 WWE Draft.

- Blair Davenport shared her thoughts on getting drafted to SmackDown.

- Ava and Karmen Petrovic highlighted NXT's greatness.

- Giovanni Vinci and other superstars were announced as supplemental draft picks.

- Triple H commented on Patrick Mahomes being in attendance.

- Kansas City Chiefs, first responders, and a guest of honor had a special moment.

- WWE announced that there would be a Backlash Kickoff on May 3.

- Braun Strowman commented on his return.

- Drew McIntyre responded to CM Punk.
