Bryan Danielson won the rubber match against Kazuchika Okada at AEW Dynamite Fifth Anniversary.
Okada went for the Rainmaker, but Danielson countered with a backslide, catching Okada off guard and pinning him for three.
Just before the finish, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC entered the ringside area, which distracted both Okada and Danielson.
Danielson successfully retained his AEW World Title in the match. Okada remains the AEW Continental Champion. His title was on the line, but only for the first 20 minutes.
