Chase Owens could soon be a free agent.
Owens took to social media to reveal that January 31 is the final day of his NJPW contract.
Owens signed a multi-year deal with NJPW in February 2020.

Owens made his NJPW debut in 2014 and has worked regularly for the company since competing in Best Of The Super Junior XXII in 2015. He is a member of Bullet Club and is a former NJPW King Of Pro-Wrestling provisional trophy holder.
Owens last wrestled at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 16 night two in the KOPW Provisional Trophy four-way bout that also featured CIMA, Minoru Suzuki, and Toru Yano.
On January 18, Owens revealed that he tested positive for COVID and would miss upcoming Independent shows.
