Chris Jericho still loves his job.

In recent months, Jericho's matches and segments in AEW/ROH have occasionally been plagued with negativity and chants of "Please retire". Jericho has frequently dismissed these comments, often saying that he will continue to wrestle until he isn't having fun anymore.

While chatting with Chris Van Vliet for a new interview, Jericho reaffirmed his love for the sport, saying that he's doing it for creative fulfillment at this point. Jericho also responded to fans claiming that he demands to be on every show every week.

“I always laugh when people say, ‘Do you still love it?’ If I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t do it. I’m not doing it for money at this point. It’s the creative fulfillment, there’s a challenge. Contrary to popular belief, I don’t demand to be on every show every week. My boss books me for shows because of what I bring to the table. I’m still enjoying it and still really working on how can we make things better and how can we do more storylines and what can I do this week that was different from last week. I do love wrestling still.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Chris Jericho said that Bryan Danielson had the idea for Big Bill to join the Learning Tree. Check out his full comments on the matter by clicking here.
