Christopher Daniels has been "fired" from AEW.
Daniels and Matt Sydal teamed up to face the Young Bucks in a tag team bout on the May 15 episode of AEW Dynamite. The Bucks were able to pick up the victory in that bout via pinfall after hitting Daniels with the TK Driver.
Moments after the match, Matthew and Nicholas took to the microphone and scolded Daniels for getting in their face last week. The EVP duo then proceeded to "fire" Daniels from the company, noting that he'll get a severance package for the next thirty days.
The segment ended after Daniels was escorted out of the building by security.
