Claudio Castagnoli wants a female in the Blackpool Combat Club.
Since the inception of the Blackpool Combat Club, fans have been wondering if a female star will ever get the chance to join the group. Names that have been thrown around the wrestling community include stars like Jamie Hayter and Marina Shafir.
In a new interview with the AEW Unrestricted podcast, Castagnoli was asked about who'd he want to join him alongside his BCC brothers, to which he gave a honest answer.
“I think the Blackpool Combat Club could use a female. I’ll pick Serena Deeb probably, I think she’d be a good fit for [the faction].”
Deeb has been competing on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation in recent weeks, picking up wins over the likes of Vita Van, Nikki Victory, and more.
