AEW announced that CM Punk will team with FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) to challenge House of Black (Buddy Matthews, Malakai Black, & Brody King) for the AEW Trios Championships on the August 12 episode of AEW Collision.

The bout was announced after House of Black defeated Action Andretti, Darius Martin, & Lee Johnson to defend the titles.

Plus, Willow Nightingale will team with Kris Statlander to face Mercedes Martinez & Diamante. Statlander defeated Martinez to retain the AEW TBS Title on the August 5 episode of AEW Collision. After the bout, Martinez attacked Statlander. Diamante came out and joined in on the attack before Willow made the save.
