Cody Rhodes powers through the pain and retains the Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024.
Cody Rhodes defeated Kevin Owens to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024. The story going into the match was that Cody wanted to allow Kevin the chance to become champion, and Kevin was conflicted about how he was given the championship and struggled to wrestle his friend. These emotions stayed strong during the match as Kevin was conflicted at different points and unable to take advantage of Cody Rhodes, who was seemingly battling a knee injury.
Despite a couple of Stunners, from Kevin Owens, Cody eventually hit enough CrossRhodes to score the victory.
