Cody Rhodes wants to wrestle LA Knight.
Cody Rhodes successfully defended the Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles at WWE Backlash. Cody intends to be a fighting champion and as such, he has to be thinking about the next opponent down the road.
When asked during the WWE Backlash France Press Conference who he wants to face next, Cody says that he could name multiple members of the roster, including running it back with AJ Styles, but he cited LA Knight as an opponent he would definitely like to mix it up with in the future.
"LA Knight is somebody that I look at because, I get it, ‘it’s two good guys.’ I understand that. There is a flavor there. There is something about it. When you have that fever, you want to know. ‘I’m the man.’ ‘No, I’m the man.’ All that macho toxic alpha stuff that I still have a bit of, I suppose."
