Dalton Castle Returns, And Sandman Makes His Ring Of Honor Debut At The ROH TV Tapings In Philadelphia

A return and a debut at the ROH TV tapings.

It was an eventful night at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia last night as Ring Of Honor came to town to host international TV tapings. On a night that saw the ROH World Tag Team Championships change hands and Marty Scurll continue his rivalry with Shane "Hurricane" Helms, there were also two surprises that took place during the tapings and one of those happenings had to do with the return of former ROH World Champion Dalton Castle.

Adam Cole: No One Told Me, 'We Want To Bring You To WWE Raw Or WWE SmackDown As A Manager'

Castle dropped the ROH World Title to Jay Lethal at the international TV tapings in June and took some time off to heal his injured hand and Castle recently revealed during an interview that he was working with a broken back for the past two years.

The fans at the ROH TV tapings also got to see the Ring Of Honor debut of former 5-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion and hardcore legend The Sandman. The beer-drinking, cane-swinging veteran made his way to the ring in signature Sandman fashion and was involved in a segment with Flip Gordon, Silas Young, Bully Ray, The Young Bucks and Cody.
