Daniel Cormier is in WWE and Matt Riddle is making threats.
After it was announced that Daniel Cormier will be the guest referee of Seth Rollins and Matt Riddle's Fight Pit match at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion made his first WWE appearance on tonight's Monday Night Raw via satellite. Cormier encouraged both men to keep it clean and train smart until Saturday's event.

Cormier has long expressed interest in being both a performer and commentator for WWE, even before he retired from the UFC in late 2020. In the past, Cormier has revealed that he was asked to work backstage or even alongside The Creed Brothers in NXT.
During the promo segment, Matt Riddle said he wasn't gonna beat or hurt Rollins, he was going to straight up kill him. This was after Rollins yet again made jokes targeting Riddle's family.
