Darby Allin Replaces Eddie Kingston On Team AEW At AEW Double Or Nothing

Eddie Kingston is out. Darby Allin is in.

At NJPW Resurgence, Eddie Kingston suffered an injury in his no ropes last man standing match against Gabe Kidd. Kingston took a brainbuster through a table on the outside with the back of his legs hitting the guard rail.

After the match the Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) attacked Kingston, laying him out with the EVP Trigger.

On Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks announced that Kingston was "bit by the injury bug" and unable to compete in Anarchy in the Arena at AEW Double or Nothing.

FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) found a suitable replacement, as Darby Allin showed up at the end of the show to attack The Elite.

Allin had been sidelined with a foot injury since March 13.
