Dominik Mysterio says that Finn Balor is the dad that stepped up.
In recent months there has been more and more tension growing between Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio in The Judgment Day, and has led to both men being involved in the WWE Intercontinental Championship picture at WrestleMania 41. However, in recent weeks, the tension has simmered down between the pair as they focus on bringing championship gold back to The Judgment Day.
While speaking on the RAW Recap, Dominik was asked about the tension between he and Finn Balor, noting that the two are now back on the same page after Finn got a little 'shooketh'.
"Yeah, of course. I don't know why you would say it like that, that he wasn't thrilled. I think it was just more of the fact that he was unaware of what was going on, right? Because obviously he's going to be happy for me. Like I've said it many times before, Finn is the dad that stepped up. He's my guy. He's been there from the beginning for me. When he found out, he was a little bit shooketh, and I think it's because he was unaware of the situation, like I said. But now that he fully understood and we have better chances of getting gold to the Judgment Day, he's cool with it. But I think at the end of the day, we're on the same page."
