Drew McIntyre is the second competitor to be announced for the 2019 Royal Rumble.
On the Christmas Eve edition of Raw, McIntyre announced that he would not only enter the upcoming Royal Rumble, but he plans on winning the match as well. McIntyre made his announcement prior to taking on Finn Balor and Dolph Ziggler in a triple threat bout.

If McIntyre hopes to win the Royal Rumble in January, he'll have to turn his luck around. McIntyre lost to Balor at WWE TLC and couldn't right the ship on Monday in the triple threat bout. While McIntyre was not involved in the pinfall, Ziggler laid him out after the match with a Zig Zag.
