Drew McIntyre just wants to know what the deal is with Adam Pearce.
The current WWE Champion and Pearce have been at odds with each other for weeks on Raw. Pearce has been an authority figure of sorts backstage on both Raw and SmackDown for the past few months, making matches, de-escalating confrontations between superstars and failing to get a competent enough of a security force to take care of Retribution.
On Twitter, McIntyre asked if Pearce is a GM or is simply Jack Tunney, who infrequently made appearances on WWF television throughout the 1980s and 1990s as the WWF's "President" on television.
....Sooo are you like the new GM or Jack Tunney then??? pic.twitter.com/zxPXatOmwa https://t.co/xOrhy58p9E

Regardless of Pearce's role on television, McIntyre will have to defend his WWE title against Randy Orton at Clash of Champions in an ambulance match on September 27.
