Drew McIntyre will never forgive CM Punk.
Drew McIntyre and CM Punk have been feuding in recent months. Their rivalry reached a new level when McIntyre told Punk that he prayed for the torn triceps that he suffered in the 2024 Men's Royal Rumble. McIntyre went on to challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE WrestleMania XL Night Two, and Punk was on commentary. McIntyre beat Rollins, but Punk attacked him after the match. Damian Priest then cashed in his Money in the Briefcase on McIntyre and defeated him.
Drew McIntyre took to Twitter/X to share a clip in which he presented his wife with the title moments after his win at WrestleMania XL. He wrote that he would never forgive Punk for ruining this moment.

On the April 8 episode of WWE Raw, McIntyre vowed to get revenge on Punk. Punk then interfered in the main event and cost McIntyre the match as he helped Jey Uso score the win and earn a world title shot.
