Dustin Rhodes, 55, has been having a career resurgence recently, as he has won the ROH World Tag Team Championship and the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. The next day, Rhodes took to Twitter/X and reflected on the match and his journey in recent years. He noted that he would have thought that he was done wrestling when he left WWE, but AEW called, so his passion was renewed.

Rhodes stated that he has had five wonderful years in AEW, and he is grateful. He also cited Sting as an inspiration, and he wrote that he believed that he believed he was doing his best work. He stated that it was time to elevate Guevara and the Von Erichs, and he could not be prouder or happier of the faction. Rhodes then thanked Tony Khan for all the opportunities.
