Elias Rebrands As Elijah In First Post-WWE Promo Video

Elias can't come to the phone right now. Why? Because he's dead. Elijah on the other hand, is alive and well!

To kick off 2024, the former Elias took to social media to share a new promo video, seemingly confirming that he plans on continuing his career in wrestling.

In the promo video, Elias put himself into a grave while Elijah lit the grave on fire and watched him burn. The tombstone for the grave was dated 2017-2023, which was the timeframe of the Elias gimmick.

After spending nearly ten years with WWE, Elias was released from the company in September 2023. Throughout his time with the promotion, Elias won the 24/7 Championship on four seperate occasions and also feuded with the likes of Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens.

Elijah's next move in the world of wrestling is currently unknown. Fightful will update fans when more information is known.

Mustafa Ali, who was released from WWE on the same day as Elias, recently announced a big world tour, where he plans to make stops in promotions like GCW, PROGRESS, and DEFY Wrestling. Fans can learn more about that by clicking here.
