Enes Kanter can call himself a champion.
On WWE Main Event, which was taped prior to WWE Raw, Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter won the WWE 24/7 Championship from R-Truth. Kanter, wearing a Knicks blue warm-up, choke shoved R-Truth to the ground, pinning him and revealing his Boston Celtics jersey. Kanter played for the Knicks from 2017 to 2019.
After a brief celebration, R-Truth rolled up Kanter to regain his baby.

Kanter has made no secret of his desire to enter professional wrestling following his NBA career. He and Diamond Dallas Page recently put together a pseudo-documentary chronicling Kanter's pro wrestling journey. You can view the documentary by clicking here.
Katner also stated that he will be at the AEW on TNT event on Oct. 9, which takes place in Boston.
