From Paradigm:

Paradigm welcomes WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff — a visionary who helped revolutionize sports entertainment and one of the most influential figures in wrestling history. A true icon stepping into a new era.

Eric Bischoff, a television producer, entrepreneur, New York Times bestselling author, podcast host, and WWE Hall of Famer, is now a client.

Bischoff currently hosts the 83 Weeks podcast on Westwood One. The podcast has 150,000+ subscribers.

Bischoff is best known for creating one of cable’s highest-rated weekly programs, WCW Monday Nitro, and for his pivotal role in transforming professional wrestling.

He gained fame as the Executive Producer and later Senior Vice President of World Championship Wrestling (WCW), followed by his on-screen role as General Manager of WWE's Raw brand. He also served as Executive Producer for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's (TNA) iMPACT! and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021.
Bischoff is a two-time author, having released Controversy Creates Cash in 2006 and Grateful in 2022. He also co-founded Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment, a successful production company behind numerous reality TV shows.

At WCW, Bischoff signed Hulk Hogan, formed a partnership with Disney-MGM, and turned a profit for the company for the first time. He also created Monday Night Nitro and the iconic nWo (New World Order), which led WCW to beating Vince McMahon’s Monday Night RAW for 83 consecutive weeks during the Monday Night Wars.
Even today, Bischoff’s revolutionary impact on pro-wrestling is felt across every major wrestling show and live event, as well as in American pop culture.

In the mid-1990s, pro wrestling became one of cable television’s most-watched sports, with over 5 million weekly viewers. The late 1990s saw pro wrestling explode in popularity, with the nWo playing a central role. The nWo, starring Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan, turned the wrestling world upside down. It popularized cheering for the "bad guys," blurring the lines between fiction and reality, and making professional wrestling not only socially acceptable but a cultural phenomenon.

The nWo’s influence was far-reaching, and Bischoff’s innovative vision helped shape both professional wrestling and American entertainment for years to come.

About his legacy, Mike Johnson of Pro Wrestling Insider wrote: "Eric’s place in history is this and it will always be this - he's the only person to come along and kick Vince McMahon hard enough that he forced WWF's product to evolve and get better. No matter whether he won the ratings for 83 weeks or one week, his legacy is that he made pro wrestling change for the better in the mid-1990s."
Eric Bischoff comes to us from CAA and we will expand his reach in publishing, unscripted, video games and non wrestling related production across town.

Paradigm represents CM Punk, Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Montez Ford, Sheamus, Jade Cargill, and more.
