Danny Burch is no longer with WWE.
Former NXT Tag Team Champion Danny Burch has been let go by WWE. Burch’s release comes amid more structural changes to the NXT roster and personnel. Throughout his time in WWE, Danny is best known as tag team partners with Oney Lorcan. Lorcan was released by WWE back in November.
Danny was first signed by WWE in late 2011 and worked as enhancement Talent on NXT until being released in April of 2014. He would be brought back to WWE on a sporadic basis in the summer of 2015. Eventually, he was made a participant in the United Kingdom Championship Tournament of 2017, before becoming a permanent fixture on NXT alongside Oney Lorcan.
Lorcan and Burch would eventually become Tag Team Champions by defeating Tyler Breeze and Fandango. They were also a part of Pat McAfee’s WarGames team in 2020.
