Gigi Dolin Sidelined From NXT TV With Knee Injury

A longtime NXT star who had been getting main roster looks has been sidelined.

Dolin has been appeared in recent months, as she had largely been present in segments along with Arianna Grace, but this storyline was dropped as Arianna has moved on from the angle on NXT television. The reason has been was confirmed by Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan as being a serious knee injury. She was recently seen with a knee brace, leading to some speculation.

In recent months, Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan had learned that the program with Grace had been dropped, and Sapp confirmed that Dolin was still with the company. Sapp also confirmed that there had long been discussions about her potential main roster future, and had got multiple looks by WWE on Main Event. Dolin appeared on two episodes of Smackdown in 2022, and between December 2024 and January 2024, was booked for three episodes of Main Event.

Dolin had not been backstage at several tapings for a while, and had filmed the majority of her sketches with Arianna Grace outside of the WWE Performance Center. We were told at the time this was used as an avenue to keep her on TV while injured.

Dolin has not wrestled since the March 12th edition of NXT where she lost to Grace and was forced to undergo a makeover at the hands of the beauty queen.
