Ivar recalls facing Ricochet on the WrestleMania go-home edition of Raw.
The match, which took place on the April 1 edition of Raw, was highly praised by fans, with some even saying that it was Ivar's best match of his entire singles run.
While speaking to Fightful for a new interview, Ivar said that he and Ricochet treated it as their own WrestleMania match.
"That’s exactly what we did. We said, ‘This is our WrestleMania, let’s go out there and let’s do it.’ Yeah. That’s exactly what we did. Yeah, man. It’s WrestleMania weekend, this is our match, so let’s show out."
Neither Ivar or Ricochet competed at WrestleMania XL. Both men were featured in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the SmackDown before 'The Show Of Shows'.
