Mia Yim's kind comments about Shelton Benjamin were (unsurprisingly) not genuine.
The world of wrestling was shocked on December 26, 2022, as Mia Yim said nice things about her long-time enemy Shelton Benjamin. When Fightful proceeded to make an article on the earth shattering news, Yim came out and claimed that the article was unnecessary.
In a exclusive interview with Fightful, Yim furthered her hateful agenda against Benjamin, noting that she loves when he loses or gets eliminated from a match.
“Yes. I take great joy when Shelton gets eliminated or loses, which is like a weekly thing, it’s great. I love it.”
Yim also revealed that she was paid to say nice things about Benjamin back in December.
“I got a raise for it. Yeah. It was strictly motivated by money. For one positive sentence, it was about four figures.”
