Vinny Pacifico talks his skit with Tommy Dreamer.
To cap off the first month of 2025, Vinny Pacifico shared a new energy drink skit with Tommy Dreamer. The skit featured jokes about Diamond Dallas Page and real barbed wire, tapping into Dreamer's extreme past.
While chatting with Fightful Overbooked for a new interview, Pacifico talked about the skit with Dreamer, saying that he's one of the coolest people that he's ever met in wrestling.
"Yes. That was a fun skit to do with Tommy Dreamer. He’s one of the coolest people I’ve met in wrestling. Such a kind heart. I reached out to him, ‘I have this idea for a skit. I think you’re going to love it.’ I explained to him what the deal was. I went to this barbed wire place, some junk yard close to where I was. I went there and was like, ‘Do you have a foot or two of barbed wire?’ No one buys a foot or two. ‘What?’ ‘How much would that be?’ They’re trying to figure out a price to give me and they are like, ‘Just take it.’ I had the drink, and I created it myself. I put gloves on, I wrapped the bottom to be closed and then I wrapped the drink (in barbed wire). It took a while, but I got it to work. Tommy loved the idea. I thought it was hilarious. I came to the venue with a bag and the barbed wire drink inside. People who saw me going to my car were probably like, ‘What’s this guy doing?’ I don’t care. I got to do the funniest video I ever did. We filmed the skit, it was hilarious, one take. This is not me bragging, but 99% of the skits I do are one take. Most of it is not planned, we just go on how we’re feeling. The Tommy Dreamer one was really fun. I never thought of an extreme energy drink, but it’s a perfect idea."
