Flip Gordon will challenge Nick Aldis for the NWA Heavyweight Championship in Nashville.

On the NWA Youtube channel, a video was uploaded Monday revealing Nick Aldis' next opponent in a NWA Championship match. An envelope was opened and showed Aldis that he will be wrestling Flip Gordon in Nashville at the ROH Honor for All event

In the video, Aldis said Billy Corgan and Ring of Honor had fooled both him and Cody Rhodes.

Flip Gordon has been trying and failing to get booked on All In including losing a match against Cody Rhodes and a mixed tag team match against Maxwell Jacob Friedman and Madison Rayne.

During the All In press conference, owner of NWA Corgan announced Rhodes would be challenging for the NWA Heavyweight Championship at All In regardless of who held the title at the time.

Gordon tweeted the following regarding this development.

The All In official Twitter account confirmed Gordon would be earning his way into All In by beating Aldis.

The Honor for All event takes place on July 20th and will also feature a Ring of Honor Championship match. All In will be September 1st at the Sears Centre Arena in the Chicago area.

Fightful Wrestling will have coverage for both events including a recapping podcast for All In.
