Kazarian talks some S.C.U.
Over the past number of months the rise in popularity for the trio consisting of Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky known as 'SoCal Uncensored' has skyrocketed. Whenever they make their entrance as a trio the crowd erupts in "S.C.U." chants. The former ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions were looking to get the titles back when the faced Cody and The Young Bucks this past Friday at 'Glory By Honor XVI'.
S.C.U. was unsuccessful in their attempt to become two-time holders of the Six-Man Tag Titles but they were confident going into the match and that was exampled by Frankie Kazarian's interview with 'Newsweek'. "The Heavy-Metal Rebel" spoke with the outlet prior to Friday's Ring Of Honor event and shared a special message to all who have support himself, Daniels and Scorpio Sky over the past year.
“Especially in the last several months, you guys have been incredibly cool supporting SCU,” he said about his supporters. “It’s great hearing the SCU chants in arenas and airports, and seeing everyone buying SCU merch at Hot Topic. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, we love to entertain and we’re just getting started.”
Also during this interview Kazarian backed his partners up to the max and claimed that one of the reasons for G1 Supercard selling out was because of S.C.U. and that it is a no-brainer in regards to if they should be on the show or not come April 6th.
“I can say with confidence that myself, Christopher Daniels and Scorpio Sky are reasons why that show [at MSG] sold out,” Kazarian said. “I think it would be a no-brainer that we would be on that show, and have the opportunity to show what we do to a larger audience.”
