McGregor remains in the public eye, appearing at NBA games and BKFC events, where he is a part-owner of the promotion.
In November 2024, McGregor was found civilly liable of sexual assault in a civil case brought forward by Nikita Hand. Hand alleged that McGregor and James Laurence sexually assaulted her in 2018.
